Delete your Aridelle account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without writing to us and without giving a reason. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How to do it

  1. 1. Sign in to your Aridelle account.
  2. 2. Open your account menu, then “Security”.
  3. 3. At the bottom of the page, choose “Delete my account”, then confirm with your password.

What is deleted

  • Your files, with all their entries, notes and labels.
  • Your attachments, including the documents stored on our servers.
  • Your conversations with the assistant, and the context built from your file.
  • Your account, your email address and your access to files shared by others.

What remains, and for how long

  • The server's encrypted backups: 14 days, then they are overwritten.
  • Invoices already issued, held by our payment provider, for the period required by accounting law.
  • The technical access log, made anonymous at the moment of deletion, then purged after 12 months.

Can't sign in?

Write to us from the account's email address, at contact@aridelle.com: we delete the account once we have verified your identity.
