Terms of sale

Version of 6 July 2026

1. Seller

Aridelle's paid services — the "Essentiel" subscription and the case-file export — are sold by Eric Mollenthiel, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 795 225 226, 103 avenue Lacassagne, 69003 Lyon, France — contact@aridelle.com. These terms of sale supplement the terms of use.

2. The "Essentiel" subscription

The "Essentiel" subscription enables the artificial-intelligence assistant on your case files:

  • 60 assistant messages per calendar month;
  • then up to 30 additional messages in "fast mode" (a lighter model);
  • unused messages are not carried over from one month to the next.

Price: €12 per month, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Keeping the case file (facts, notes, documents) remains free and is not conditional on the subscription.

3. The case-file export (one-off purchase)

The "Case file" export is a one-off purchase, without subscription: a PDF document reproducing, in chronological order, the facts and notes recorded in the case file, as you wrote them, with a numbered index of your attachments (images are reproduced in it). It contains no content generated by the artificial-intelligence assistant.

Price: €29, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment opens a 30-day download window: during this period, the PDF can be downloaded as many times as needed; it is regenerated on each download and reflects the state of the case file at that moment. The export is reserved for the case-file owner.

4. Order and payment

Subscribing is done from your account, on the "Subscription" page; an export is purchased from the "Export" page of the relevant case file. Payment is made by bank card through our provider Stripe; no banking data passes through Aridelle. The subscription is entered into for a term of one month, tacitly renewed each month and charged in advance at each due date, until cancellation.

5. Right of withdrawal

To benefit from the assistant immediately (subscription) or obtain your export without waiting (one-off purchase), you request, at the time of payment, immediate performance or supply and expressly waive your right of withdrawal of 14 days (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This waiver is materialised by a mandatory, timestamped checkbox, and is confirmed to you in the subscription-activation or purchase-confirmation e-mail. Without this waiver, the order is not possible; for the subscription, you remain free to cancel at any time for the following period (Article 6).

The details of this right and the model withdrawal form (annex to Article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code) are available on the Right of withdrawal page.

6. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from the "Subscription" page of your account ("Manage my subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period: the assistant remains available until that date and no further payment is taken. The month already started remains due; it is not refunded pro rata.

After cancellation, your case file remains fully accessible free of charge: you lose no data.

7. Tacit renewal — consumer information

The subscription is entered into for a term of one month and tacitly renewed at each due date (Article 4). Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, reproduced below, governs the information given to the consumer before the renewal of service-provision contracts:

"For service-provision contracts concluded for a fixed term with a tacit-renewal clause, the professional service provider informs the consumer in writing, by dedicated personal letter or e-mail, at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the end of the period allowing rejection of the renewal, of the possibility of not renewing the contract they concluded with a tacit-renewal clause. This information, provided in clear and understandable terms, states, in a prominent box, the deadline for non-renewal. Where this information has not been sent to them in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph, the consumer may terminate the contract free of charge, at any time from the renewal date. Advance payments made after the last renewal date or, in the case of open-ended contracts, after the date the initial fixed-term contract was transformed, are in that case refunded within thirty days from the termination date, less the amounts corresponding, up to that point, to performance of the contract. The provisions of this article apply without prejudice to those that legally subject certain contracts to specific rules regarding consumer information."

As the subscription period is one month, the information window provided for by this text (between three months and one month before the term) is materially moot. Your protection is ensured in a more favourable way: you can reject the renewal at any time (cancellation in a few clicks, Article 6), without fees or notice, and the date of the next due date is displayed at all times on your "Subscription" page. In the absence of a refund under the conditions of Article L215-1, the sums due bear interest at the statutory rate (Article L241-3 of the same code).

8. Changes to the price or the offer

Any change to the price or to the essential characteristics of the subscription will be notified to you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies. If you refuse it, you simply cancel before the next due date: the new price will never be applied to you without your voluntary continuation of the subscription.

9. Payment default

In the event of a failed charge, Stripe makes further attempts. Failing regularisation, access to the assistant is suspended until payment; your case file remains accessible free of charge.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 and L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional. The consumer mediator to which Aridelle is affiliated is:

CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice
49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris
https://www.cm2c.net

The mediator may only be referred to after a prior written complaint addressed to contact@aridelle.com has gone unanswered. You may also use the European online dispute-resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Applicable law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction under the conditions of ordinary law.
