Right of withdrawal

1. The principle

For a contract concluded remotely, you have, in principle, a period of 14 days to withdraw, without reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The period runs from the conclusion of the contract for a provision of services.

2. The case of Aridelle purchases

The Essentiel subscription enables the assistant immediately; the case-file export is supplied immediately after payment. For this, at the time of ordering, you request immediate performance or supply and expressly waive your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code): this is the mandatory, timestamped checkbox presented before payment. This waiver is confirmed to you in the activation e-mail of your subscription or the confirmation of your purchase.

You remain free to cancel at any time, in a few clicks, with effect at the end of the current monthly period — see the terms of sale.

3. Exercising a withdrawal

If you consider that your right of withdrawal applies (for example if your waiver was not validly obtained), send us, before the expiry of the 14-day period, the form below or any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw:

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund is made at the latest within 14 days of your request, by the same means of payment (Article L221-24), less, where applicable, the value of the service already supplied at your request (Article L221-25).
